This embroidery panel is probably a cuff fragment from a robe. It shows delicate pink colouration in a number of flowers with either satin stitch or knot work embroidery. There’s some metallic thread used for highlights. It has been bordered with a thin fold of light blue silk and then a silk brocade fabric. Part of the ribbon between the embroidery and the edging is distressed or worn away.
Size: It is been backed with a light weight cotton. It’s approximate size is 6 1/4 inches wide by 21 1/2 inches long.
