This iridescent shot silk Chinese vest is probably from the early to mid 20th century. Traditional style closing is made with silk loops and knots . Lining is a complementary iridescent blue shot silk. There is fine piece work on the right “underneath “ panel.
Condition: Some discolouration to the lining. Minimal staining to the front of the vest.
