This beautiful example of weaving is most likely from central Asia, and possibly Iran. Cotton and rayon, from the second half of the 20th century. Fringed on the two ends, selvedge to selvedge on the sides. There are a few pulled threads on the surface, otherwise the piece is an excellent condition.
