Antique Chinese Embroidered Cuff Panel

This embroidery fragment is possibly a cuff from a robe. It is decorated almost entirely in small, precise knot work. There is some couched, wrapped thread that looks as if it may have been copper or silver as it has oxidized. There is a dark wear line near the edge of the embroidery, which was probably the edge of the cuff.
Size: The entire panel is approximately 7 inches wide by 40 inches long. The embroidered section is 3 inches wide, 19 inches long.
