Central Asian possibly Uzebekistan Belt Buckle

This beautifully detailed filigree belt buckle dates from the late 19th to early 20th century. Central stone is appears to be glass. From central Asia, possibly as far west as Turkey, or as far east as Uzbekistan. It is missing four of the metal fringes from the central tassel.
