Men’s Edwardian Beaded Slippers

Victorian men’s slippers are expertly hand embroidered with beaded florals and needlepoint. Possibly made in England and dating to the mid to later 19th century with a leather sole and stacked heel which show little wear. The interiors of these fine slippers are lined with kid leather which shows no wear just some small darker areas. Slipper vamps have beaded floral’s in a palette of lavender, ivory, pink and copper which continues the length of both sides. Needlepoint is predominantly turkey red with olive, greens and gold foliage. Slippers measure 11 & 3/4th inches in length, 3 & 1/2 inches at the widest part of the vamp, have rounded toes, leather soles, with left and right swings and have a 1 inch stacked leather heel
