Amulet From Central Asia

This Central Asian Amulet is from the early to mid-20th-century. It is handworked silver that has been gold washed. Surface decorations are comprised of carnelian and turquoise chips, and individual pearls or glass beads. There are 13 gold washed medallions attached to the bottom of the piece. There’s a single loop at the top of the back showing that it can be worn like a pendant or pinned inside your coat for protection.
