Burgundy and rose tipped ostrich plumes on oxblood celluloid frame, with velvet ribbon tassel.
15” tall / 22” wide when open / 8” wide when closed.
Good vintage condition. The posts are not all attached to each other, so the fan opens clumsily, and does not close fully. Seems like someone tried to sew them together, but not very well. Could be repaired as the feathers and post are all in excellent shape.
